The National Commission for Mass Literacy, Adult and Non-Formal Education is focusing on strategies to increase literacy level as more than 38 per cent of Nigerians have been described as illiterates.
Its Executive Secretary, Prof. Abba Haladu stated on Friday that the level of illiteracy was a big challenge.
