Minister of Education and presidential candidate of Allied Congress Party of Nigeria, Oby Ezekwesili, has described President Buhari as an incompetent leader who rewards incompetence displayed by his workers. Ezekwesili said this when she spoke with newsmen in Calabar, Cross Rivers state.
