An Akure Magistrate Court has ordered that 37-year-old trigger happy police sergeant Idowu Omosuyi, pictured left, be remanded at the Olokuta Correctional Service for killing a truck driver, Ade Saleh, who refused to give him N100 bribe.

Kano State Governor Sues Daily Nigerian For N3billion Over Alleged Bribe Video
Kano state Governor, Umar Ganduje has sued an online platform, Daily Nigerian and its publisher, Jafaar Jafaar, for defamation and he's claiming N3billion in damages.
Counsel to Ganduje, Nuradeen A. Ayagi in a writ of summons tendered before the High Court demanded the defendants to file an appearance before 14 days, the writ was dated November 13th.

Justice Ahmed Tijjani of the Kano State High Court on Monday issued a restraining order on the state Assembly ad-hoc committee investigating allegations of bribery against Governor Abdullahi Ganduje.
