The Abia state chairman of the APC, Donatus Nwankpa, has declared that the presidential candidate of the opposition PDP, Atiku Abubakar, lacks the capacity to govern of Nigeria.
Speaking to Daily Post on Tuesday, he insisted that the former vice-president lacks the acumen to solve economic and security problems besetting the country.
